Jeweller's saw and some blades, and a file, (Woodworking- Miter joint, 45' angle to form a 9O' corner)
Making the tube: shape one of the ends to a point (steel bar - diameter)
Making the hinge: Joint round edge files (cutting edge only on the side) to cut the groove where the tubing of the hinge will sit (round U shape channel), tube cutter
Soldering process:
Tubing and a wire that fits tightly into the other
